PRICING

• Low Season  £2900 per week

• Mid Season  £3800 per week

• High Season £5000 per week

 

​2027 PRICING NOTE :  There will be a discount of 20% applied to the above prices for the 2027 season. This is a new build villa and it is therefore being competitively placed in the market for the brand new launch season.  In the 2028 season the prices will return to normal rates as seen above.

 

A refundable Good Housekeeping and Damage Deposit of £500 is payable with the final balance of your holiday booking.  Full terms are clearly provided on the booking form when you request to reserve a period.
