PRICING

• Low Season  £2800 per week

• Mid Season  £3800 per week

• High Season £5000 per week

 

​There will be a discount of 20% applied to the above prices for the 2027 season as there is a neighbouring new build villa being finished and hence there could be some deliveries and works that may cause some disturbance.  We think the majority of work will be completed by early summer '27 however this is beyond our control and we prefer to give full disclosure.  If you wish to see proximity photos etc just send us a request.
